Cannot Loan VMware Horizon - VDPCONNECT_REJECTED error with Mobile Hostpot

My Samsung Mobile hotspot was working perfectly while business travel using laptop device to connect to work desktop until 3 weeks back, when same device and hotspot produced a "! Loading Failed - VDPCONNECT_REJECTED: The connection to the remote computer has been refused.   The authentication worked fine with normal safecard passcode/password combinations.   Can you help?  I am not a 'Techy'
