we are facing a weird issue with a bunch of Horizon users. They use a published app (Dynamics AX 2012 R3) and when they hit Enter in any search field, this command simply doesn't work and it looks like the Tab button has been activated. They need to shut down the app, re-open it and the search field now works as usual. The HTML client works fine all the time, no issues with the Enter button. We tried both Windows clients 8.5 and 8.6 the issue comes us often first thing in the morning.
Any suggestions?
Have you tried search in other apps such as firefox or ie? You mentioned "Tab button has been activated", does it mean "Tab keeps pressed"? If so, the issue could be reproduced by keeping tab pressed and enter search in Dynamics, right? which should have the same behaviour.There has been some fixed issues for modifiers such as ctrl/alt/shift in the wrong state, the simplest workaround is to single click corresponding button, in this case it should be "Tab". You could have a try.

thanks for your kind reply. The Enter key behaves like a "Tab" key in this specific app and the only way to fix it is to close the app, wait 20 seconds and re-open it. The Enter key now works fine. This affects a bunch of users with different pc's. It's annoying, I know. Other users in other departments don't experience this.
