I have a Mac book and an iMac that I have been using to access my office computer. Somewhere towards the end of October, I began to experience difficulties accessing the VMware app. There is always an error when I enter my RSA token but I can log in using the online VMHorizon. Can anyone help me?
Did you request help from whoever administers and supports your Horizon deployment?
No I have not. I do not know who to ask. I asked the IT team at my office and they said that they do not understand Macs.
