Horizon 7 connection server - can't preform the initial login

I have just installed Horizon 7.11 on a windows 2019 server for the first time, everything installed just fine, but it will not succeed on the first login.   I used a AD global group for the administrators and  the account i'm trying to use is a member of this group.   I have tried this twice now.   Is there a quirk with the install or something I needed to install first to get this to work ?

Try the installation once again but adding a Service User as administrator on the Virtual Machine.

Login with that user and retry. Maybe there is an issue using groups or maybe that group has some groups inside it and there are some issues regarding the cascade of users.

Anyways, the service user for the installation is the easiest way and after that you can configure the group inside Horizon.
