Hi,
In our Horizon infrastructure, I managed some physical PCs with the Horizon agent so that the user can connect remotely.
The system has been installed for over a year with Horizon version 8 2212 recently we upgraded to ver. 8 2312.
We have the following problems:
- before when the user would remotely connect to his pc in the physical environment I would see the Windows login screen even though the user was working. Now instead I see when the user is logged in I see everything he is doing on the physical pc.
- there are problems with the resolution of the monitors, if the user from home h a higher resolution than in the office when he returns to work in the office he sees a screen warning him that the resolution is out-of-range.
We have tried reverting back to Horizon Agent 2212-8.8.0-21067308 on the physical pc and as before upgrading we are not experiencing the problems listed above.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
