Horizon Blast extreme not working

hi,

i setup a horizon 7 test lab

i deployed desktop pool and application pool

when accessing these from Horizon client using vmware blast they don't open!

when putting the protocol to pcoip it works fine

any requirements for blast extreme clients ??

please help

Whats the exact error you are getting?  Is it "Connection to the computer ended"?

Are you connecting to Security Server or Access Point?

hi thanks for your reply,

I am accessing the connection server 7.0 from the horizon client for windows 10.  I get that the session or computer session is disconnected. but it work when I change to pcoip

no security or access servers are used
