Network Latency Issues and Horizon Admin Console Data Access

We are currently experiencing network latency issues, with difficulties in obtaining specific information regarding network performance latency. However, we are able to access data related to logon segments, disk performance, CPU, and memory via the Help Desk in the Horizon Admin Console. Have any components or services been modified or enabled in the connection server? Please inform us if further details are required.

This issue were introduced in Horizon 8 Agent 2309 and is fixed in Horizon Agent 2312.1.
