We run open office on all our VM with no trouble, and use Mcafee rather than panda, and get great results. The amount of money and time saved this year has been amazing.
We have multiple users running different variants of Oracle in our environment without any issues so far. The users vary from DBAs to Developers to normal ODBC users.
