Hello,
I was wondering if there is any possibility to forward a USB device (for example: printer) to more than one desktop at the same time.
Also, what is the recommended way to use a USB printer on a VDI machine.
Connecting a USB device to more than one desktop is not possible, just like it is not possible to connect a single USB device to multiple computers.
Horizon supports VMware Integrated Printing, by which the client's local printers (USB, LTP, network) are redirected to the Horizon session without needing to install printer drivers on the Horizon image. That is the recommended way to allow USB printers to be used in Horizon, without needing to use USB redirection. It also allows to have multiple horizon sessions on the same client having access to the same local printer.

Thank you for your fast response.
Is there any possibility to set Printer sharing using VMware integrated printing?
Thanks @Mickeybyte for a great reply!
@Moshikot3 Printer redirection/forward via VIP(VMware Integrated Printing) works out of box as long as you have installed the feature in both Client and Agent sides.
