Unable to create new VM - Desktop Composer Fault: Virtual Machine with input specifications already exists

I created a non-persistent automated pool with linkedclone enabled with 3 vm's with naming scheme for ie. A01, A02. Deleted the pool and reprovisioned them. It creates A01 and 02 again but on A03 it fails with the following error "Unable to create new VM - Desktop Composer Fault: Virtual Machine with input specifications already exists". I deleted the pool but the replica and source didn't get deleted so use sviconfig to unprotect and deleted successfully. However when I create the pool and provision again with same naming scheme it fails at creating A03 again. Is there something I need to delete in ADAM or something in View? Thanks for any help..
