Unable to create new VM

I'm recieving the following error.

Unable to create new VM - Unable to communicate with the remote host, since it is disconnected.

I changed the address on my connection broker and now I can't clone vm's. I can login to the VMD console and enable and disable pools. But it will not clone a new box once one is deleted.

The VDM connection server does not support you changing the machine hostname after installation, you should avoid this. That said, the error looks unrelated - it's most likely due to your ESX host having become disconnected from VC, you won't be able to create any new VMs on the host unless VC is able to manage it.

I got it working, I had to disconnect the host and reconnect. Once I did that I could create desktops again.
