I hope this is the correct forum for this. We have a Zenworks deployment in our environment and for the most part it works fine. We just rolled out Windows 7 and some machines can be controlled with Zenworks but other Win7 machines cannot becontrolled. There is no obvious difference bewteen them. Here is the output from a log:

Turns out that we were using an older version of the software. 11.1 seems to have solved this problem.
