I'm currently experiencing difficulties with the extended monitor setup on one of our VDI machines. The user is using a laptop with two extended monitors. However, upon connecting the laptop to the monitors, the display resolution on the extended monitors does not adjust accordingly. I'm seeking guidance on how to change the resolution settings within the VDI environment to ensure proper display on the extended monitors. Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

how's the virtual graphics card configured in the VM/Golden Image? Make sure there's enough vram for the resolution. If there is enough the client should resize the resolution of the monitors.

thanks for the information, actually I'm a bit new in VMWARE if you show me on how to check the Golden image to check the VRAM,

I also notice in GPO VDI machine not allowed to change manually the resolution
