Hi. I'm Stefano from Italy
I ‘d like to know if someone could help me about a problem with VDM connection
from DMZ.
I installed a security server on internal
network and I'm testing the https connection from a client on DMZ.
In middle I've have an ISA 2004 firewall.
Everything works extremely well in the
internal network, so I can connect to the vdm security server using hhttps
connection to FQDN but not the same from DMZ.
The VDM Client ask for the initial credentials and then let
me choose the pool desktop, after that view client icon start on the bar and
after fiew second close without opening the rdp connection
Here are a few notes
regarding the environment and the tests I've made:
In Isa 2004 configuration I published security server https port
The VDM Server fqdn is the same in the internal and external DNS
Configured the locked.properties with the protocol https, and FQDN
Already tried HTTP and HTTPS and the symptoms are the same.
Cannot see any errors reported in the ISA Server logs too.
I'm not all that familiar with ISA but I do have a few questions.
1: Is 3389 open from the VDI machine to the Security server?
2: Have you double checked to make sure your using RDP and not PCOIP as your display protocol.
