It seems that View 5 is not released yet. In my opinion after release, of course it will be fully supported.

But don´t have why vcenter 5.0 not supports view 5.0 Wait official release, but will be supported

Doing some project with some customer with assistance from VMware. View 5 should be supporting vSphere 5.
However if you do like to be safe, then wait for the GA for it where the matrix for View 5 will be release and updated.
I agree with everyone else that upon release it will be fully supported.
The View 5 has GA and apparently it support vSphere 4.0 U3 and above.
I have just upgraded my home lab running on vSphere 4.1 and its running fine. Do catch my upgrade process videos once I have upload them into my blog http://plain-virt.blogspot.com
