View client gets disconnected every few hours

I am testing View for a remote office. One user is running the View client on her PC (3.0.1). The office is connected over a LAN to LAN VPN which is functioning normally.

Several times throughout the day, the user's View Client sessions freezes up and then closes. She is able to reconnect.

The View server log shows no errors (it looks like a normal disconnect and log off as far as I can tell)

Anyone run into this? Any tips to avoid it?

Does she actually get Logged off? Or does the session resume where she left off? Does this happen when she is doign something or is it after a period of being idle for some time?

The session resumes as it was. Although it is several minutes before she is able to reconnect. It happens while she is actively working in the session.
