Hi, I am facing a problem for some time now with my Windows 7 guest OS's. When the user presses ALT + Shift to change the language option it seems that most of the time the ALT gets stuck and the user will have to press the ALT a few times to overcome the problem. This does get annoying when having to keep unsticking the ALT.
My Microsoft engineers say that it is an RDP issue and by installing the following hotfix (KB975741) will resolve my issue. My problem is that every time I try to install this patch I get the following error "This update is not applicable to your computer"
Any ideas on my problem and how to fix it ?
