when i connect via VDM broker, i can choose from my entitled list, i can log into all other desktops except one, the error is as attached,

but from VDM mamager, from VCMS, it seems ok, and i can also direct RDP to it, i use VDM version 2.1, anybody helps?

This should help.

I think the issue is, that the desktop can't talk to the VDM server or vice versa.

Check the DNS configuration and the firewall settings. For testing just turn off the firewalls on the server, client and agent.

my DNS setting is changed by someone. when i change my DNS point to Domain controller and restart this desktop, all is ok.
