The solution is to use the regular powercli and the vmware.hv.helper module or the api's. The powershell snapin that comes with the connection servers has been deprecated for years.

I just tested this on Horizon 7.4.0 and "Get-Pool" returned a complete list of all the pools. How many connection servers do you have?

only 1 connection server with a instant clone pool. it's a testing environment.

Did you ever figure this out?  I'm seeing the exact same thing.  Currently running Horizon 7.5 with 2 connection servers and 3 pools of Instant Clones.

download the latest PowerCLI & the vmware.hv.helper module and use get-hvpool from your own system
