I am getting this error

view connection server authentication failed. A secure connection to the server '(null)' cannot be established.

But when I disable

Use secure tunnel connection to desktop

it works.

in 4.6, it was working but since upgrading to 5 secure tunnelling to desktop is not working

any idea?

Verify that the correct "External URL" is configured correctly, have seen cases when this has been changed to the local hostname during the upgrade.

yes it is. tried both external ip and dns name and gives same error
