Running KVM on a VMware instance. Possible?

I'm running VMWare 8 worksation on Windows 7.

Trying to run KVM within a Ubuntu 12.4.1 VM instance but getting KVM kernel module access error.

Is this possible? i.e. Will I always get a KVM VMWare conflict.

Your physical CPU has to support EPT or RVI, and you will have to enable virtualized VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI on the Processors tab under VM Settings.
