PhotonOS 4 Docker 20.10

Hi

I have been trying to install uidmap to setup docker in rootless mode. But can not find the package. I Then checked the version of docker and seems photonos is at docker version 19 still. Is there package for docker 20.10.7 and uidmap, or a way to setup? Or is photonos secure enough rootless is not required?

Have a look to https://github.com/vmware/photon/issues/1231, there is a change request ongoing.
