Video DEMO and Prerequisties for SRM?

Is there a list on VMware's site or somewhere else that lists the prereqs that need to be in place before installing SRM?

I'm also looking for an SRM Demo online somewhere if someone knows a good one that will explain SRM and the process at a high level.

I know the obvious ones, but just want to be prepared before I deploy.

On the SRM product page, you can find a good video that also explains things nicely.

On the Resources tab, which you will find on the above link, you will also find resources to help you get started.  Look for the SRM Evaluators guide as it will step you through things and help identifiy what you need to think about.
