Error when trying to virtualize a machine windows 7 32-bit with Converter Standalone 5.5.3

When trying to virtualize windows 7 32-bit machine with Converter Standalone 5.5.3 fails at 98% and displays the message : FAILED : Unable to create '. \\ \ Vstor2 - mntapi20 -shared- 625492FC00005053010000000F000000 \ $ Reconfig $' . I've seen the vmware knowledge base that the error can occur because the / 3GB switch in the boot.ini used but is not the case . Does anyone know what may be happening ?. Attached image error.

Gracias por tu respuesta pero tal y como decía al publicar mi pregunta, ya he visto en la knowledge base de vmware que el error se puede producir porque se utilice el switch /3GB en el  boot.ini pero ese no es el caso. En el boot.ini no está puesto ese parámetro.
