Hi,
I have been working with my companies tech support team since last July to get Boxer working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max (latest iOS, etc.). Every time we install, reboot, anything, to try and get this to work, I always get the message "Error. An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your administrator." They install the app on a business iPad, works no problem! I installed on my wife's iPhone (same model last night) and worked no problem, sychs everything!! I have painfully gone through every setting on both our phones, side by side without luck! Reset network settings among many other things, and never works!!
HELP me please, or point me to something that can be shared with network support at the company!!
