On Customer Connect I am trying to access one of several accounts I should have access to but the pull down menu under Products and Accounts does not have an Account section - see attached screenshot.
Did you ever figure our your issue? I have the same problem.
I was finally able to see the information. I am not sure if VMware did something on the back end but the second time the customer added me to the account I was able to view it.
If you are logged in, go to the 'My Evaluations' and you can get to accounts from there.
If not, then open a support ticket - with the Broadcom integration, they may already be re-aligning things on the backend which may throw 'normal' business into chaos for a bit.
