Adobe Captivate (detects RDP)

I'm trying to ThinApp Adobe Captivate 4 and it works fine apart from when a user tries to record audio.

Users are on View 4, Windows XP and connect via RDP. Two way audio is fully supported in our setup.

The user get a warning saying "Recording audio over remote desktop is not allowed"

Is there a way to get around this?

Some how turn off the apps ability to query the sesson type?

We ran into a simiiar issue with an obscure in-house app. As a workaround we configured the desktop pool to use PCoIP instead of RDP.

Not sure if that's option for you but i may be the quickest fix.

Unfortunatly our terminals are RDP only.
