VUM Shared Repository

Here is the environment I am presented:

3 vCenter Servers running  5.5 Update 2 (2 VCSA 1 Windows install)

3 VUM instances

No access to the Internet. Patches have to be downloaded on a separate PC and imported manually. Is there a way to import the patches to one instances of VUM and have the repository replicate to the other instances of VUM?

Why not use UMDS for downloading the patches? The repository can then be exported and accessed via the 3 VUM servers.

In this situation UMDS will not work. The environment will not have access to the internet. All patches and new software are uploaded from closed media. Even if i export the repository form UMDS, I still have to go to each instance of VUM to import he repository.
