esx 4.0 update 1 issue

With update manager, i got update 1 of ESX 4.0 on Nov 19th 2009.

Therefore, I gonna update the host.

However, during updating, I got the error msg showing that "the vmware vcenter update manager had an unknown failure." in the task&events.

who can tell me what shall i do?

i don't agree with your idea.

Before updating the host, i have already remove all the guest system from A host to another host. Therefore, there is not any guest on the A host.

Then i am busy with updating the host.

At last i got the problem i described above.
