Hi Gurus,
I sat for my VCAP-DCA and my experience with the environment was appalling.
I wasted precious time in figuring out scrolling down and up on screens.
The screen response times were eating my time.
Is there anyway I can tell this to VMware. BTW I sat the exam in Sri Lanka...
Cheers!
Did you let the testing center know and open a ticket? It's really hard for us to address this after the fact whereas if it's identified during we can address it in a variety of ways (depends on the situation and source of the issue).
You could write to them on certification@vmware.com. And are you sure it was not a problem with the network in your testing center?

Hi lbourque,
It was my first time sitting of a lab exam of this nature.
I was so tensed and didnt even bother to let anyone know about my experience. I tried to use the given RDP to connect to the vCenter server and get the vSphere Client access through the RDP session.
But that was even worse!
I know what you mean too...
