Hi folks,
May be being paranoid but just want to check I've booked the correct exam? I'm currently VCP310/VCP410 and have done the Whats New for 5.0 course along with the 4.0 Advanced course.
I understood that all I had to sit was the VCP550 exam and that would recertify me as VCP5-DCV, however on one of the Pearson Vue page I saw something about a VCP550 exam and a VCP5-DCV exam (whats the difference??)
Last think I want is to put in all the study and do the wrong exam by accident!
Cheers!
Just came across this link which has answered my own question -
(VCP5-DCV) VCP-Data Center Virtualization
Hope this helps someone else.

VCP550 is one of the exams for VCP5-DCV, the items in that exam are based on vSphere 5.5.
VCP510 is the older exam for VCP5-DCV and is based on vSphere 5.0/5.1.
You could pass either exam in order to achieve VCP5-DCV certification.
