VMware account information does not correctly reflect in VUE

HI Community,

 

I'm trying to renew my VCP but have an issue with profile information in Pearson VUE profile. I have already contacted both certification@vmware.com  and Pearson VUE regarding this issue. My mobile number is correctly showing in my MYlearn account in VMware but not the SSO profile at Pearson UVE.

1. Pearson  VUE said it should correct from VMware.

2. VMware certificaton said me to correct my info at mylean account but it's already corrected there.

Do any of you have idea when taking the exam from home as per my knowledge they are sending the link to mobile phone via SMS to upload photos. do I have the option to correct my phone at that stage ?

Any idea how can I resolve the Pearson SSO account issue ?

Thanks for stepping in and unfortunately I don't have a Twitter account to reach to you. and just to update you, I did the exam as it allows me to enter my mobile phone manually during the exam preparation.

All my opened support cases were closed by VMware support saying once I updated my profile details in customer connect it should correctly appear within mylean and pearson VUE within two days but still it doesn't.
