To built system, infrastructure  for vcp lab very expensive. So i want to hire lab online the same INE, IPEXPERT products.
Could you pls give me some vendors

Hiring is an option, but is actually likely to be more expensive as it will be a physical lab.

There are several examples on how build a lab for VMware.

Basically you can use a whitebox server with ESXi or a powerfull workstation/laptop with VMware Workstation.

RAM is usual a constraints... Try to have at least 8-10 GB (better 16).
