#Advice on moving GC/DC between LUN's

As in the tin... what is the best way to move GC/DC between luns?

Could I simply shut it down and Migrate?

If you are talking about moving between different VMFS datastores on different LUN's then you can do a cold migration, however, if you want to do a hot migration then you will need

to use Storage VMotion.

That will work - if you have storage vmotion you should be able to do this without down time -
