Facing some problems while taking backup of servers installed on ESX 3 , 2 windows 2000 advanced servers with sp 4 are installed on BL 45 P HP Blade servers ,Agent timeout occures while backing up data from these servers , agent installed on these servers are just agent for windows to take file backup
backup software is CA Arcserve 11.5 with sp 2 , i tried all options which is mentioned in ca supportconnect but result is same tcp timeout ,
i can backup all physical servers without any problem , so i dont think its a problem related to arcserve , if anyone facing these problem or any possible
method to solve this issue , please help
