I copied It to my PC.
By removing the file It solved my other case , se the following url.

Removing this file i freed up some space and then rebooted the host. After this, the ESX host in the case under the url provided started to be accesible again.
Im happy now 😄 5 prod servers are availble again and of which three are SQL servers ... 15 systems affected..
