Hi,
I have 4 server HP BL45 connected to a HDS 9970 Storage System. Some blade have Qlogic HBA and the rest Emulex.
The Storage System is an active/active and I have configured the policy to FIXED, and the host mode is set to NETWARE.
My problem occur when I lose one of my two path to the storage system, all my ESX in the cluster stop working and the log is filled by SCSI reservation error.
VMware in the SAN config guide says that in the same host cannot co-exist HBA of different model/version, but in all the Host in the cluster is possible to mix the HBA tecnologies?
