Hi All,
Can people please remember to post the solution to their problem if they manage to resolve it outside the context of the discussion forums? It's frustrating doing a search, coming across your exact problem and then finding the last post just reads "I have solved it now, Thanks". Please if you're fortunate enough to resolve your problem please share it with the rest of the community by posting the answer in the thread and marking it answered.
Maybe a sticky summarising this would be useful?
