V2P migration documents

I'm working on virtual-to-physical migrations and the documents at:

are really great, but I was wondering if there are more up-to-date ones around, since we're looking at 2 generations ahead on both hardware and software.

For anyone who's also looking to do this, the answer for 2008 is definitely WDS, which is packaged with 2008. You can sysprep the VM, then capture the image and then redeploy it onto a physical machine. Even better, you can push any drivers for the physical server into the boot image in WDS so you don't need to account for them in the sysprep. Very clean.
