I just installed ESX VMware on a Dell Poweredge 1750 Server and using Local SAN... I was wondering, after I installed Win 2k3 Ent and I have choosen to use 2 NICs can I team those NICS?? How do I Team the NIC if I have to 2 Gig Adapters..
