backup manager - non compliant updates

I have setup backup manager, created baselines for esx hosts which there are 8 patches, I assigned the baseline to an esx server though status says non compliant, also says baselines not complaint 1 and non compliant updates 5. any ideas? I can still patch them though wondering if it is wise. I have gone through the patches and none of them are critical for our enviroment.

I too am wondering this. What is the definition of compliant and non-compliant updates? Is there any documentation on this, I have looked and been unable to find any directly relating to update manager.
