ESXi 3.5 Server on the SuperMicro machines.
Everything works fine, until last week. The problem is came from nothing. One time engineer try to reboot his windows 2003 64bit VM, but it stucks on startup at the 95% point. I mean VIM says :
Power on virtual machine <name> <user> 95%.
