FDISK to display partitions

I'm trying to display the partitions on my ESX server by running

/sbin/fdisk /dev/sda

But I get "Unable to open /dev/sda" This is running on a RAID 5 with 3 drives.

If you just want to display your partitions, vdf -h should do the trick.
