I was wondering if anyone had run into this problem before. We are trying to isolate it down between ESXi 3.5 or What's Up Gold and What's Up professional.
After moving VM's to a new host, we started encountering intermittent outages with the monitoring. The servers are up as I'm on them sometimes when it alerts, but we have found no reason why this is happening.
One server had a P2V done and we ended up having to remove the ghost nic's from it thinking that was what it was. It stayed for a few days and then started doing it again. It does have multiple ip's assigned as it is a web server, but we have others the same way.
The second one just started doing it last week for no reason and now it is doing the same thing. It has always been a VM built from a template and moved from one host to the other.
Just wondering if anyone else ran into this before.
