Is anyone working with an IBM DS3200 iSCSI Array?

I am trying to set up some volumes and the

initialization has been running for about 10 hrs. I don't know if

that normal. I am also assuming that is why I can't initialize the

drives on the 2003 standard server.

If it makes you feel better, I have had several HP DL160 servers with SATA RAID and we just created the raid set then started the intialization and went for Pizza and Beer for the night and came back in the morning and it was done. Give it the rest of the day/night and have a beer.
