Netflow vmkload_mod PANIC

I have been trying NetFlow expermental support on ESXi 3.5 with no luck. Following same instructions from Enabling Netflow on Virtual Switches from VMware.

Am I missing anything in the license or something wrong with my config?

I am getting message

"vmkload_mod PANIC: Cannot access netflow for reading" while running vmkload_mod netflow command.

You might be missing the part below which is described in this article here: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003345

"NetFlow:

NetFlow support in ESX 3.5 is experimental and is unavailable in ESXi 3.5. For more information, see Enabling NetFlow on Virtual Switches."
