esxi install - pink screen - intel 5400xs mobo

Hello,

I am trying to install ESXi 3.5 U3 on an intel 5400xs motherboard.

Whether I boot form USB stick or CDROM, the installation gives me a pink screen and an error along the lines of

NOT_IMPLEMENTED /build/mts/release/................/boravmkernel/hardware/ioapic.c:592

Can anyone help me with this?

Not sure if you're still running into this. If you are, what server are you using? A BIOS upgrade has helped solve the issue on Dell 1950s and 2900s.
