Are you talking about NSX DFW here? If so, it is possible. However, keep these points in mind. You need to have access to the DNS server that knows about them or has them defined and it would have to be properly configured for reverse DNS entry. Note that inside the logs themselves, dynamic translation is not doable. Possibly if you script it yourself after the fact?
