Steps to upgrade VMware vRealize Operations 8.6.4 to VMware Aria Operations 8.12

Please advise whether we can directly upgrade VMware vRealize Operations 8.6.4 to VMware Aria Operations 8.12.1 as on interoperability matrix shows version 8.9.1  is minimum required for upgrade

Also let me know the complete steps required for the upgrade from VMware vRealize Operations 8.6.4 to VMware Aria Operations 8.12

According to the upgrade path you can upgrade directly to 8.12.

Before you attempt to upgrade make sure you download and run the Upgrade Assessment Tool
