vROps VMs added

I'm looking for a way to get out of vROps how many VMs have been added to the environment over the last 30 days, 60 days, 120 days, etc.

Is there any such metric or way to calculate this?  I don't want just how many have been added to a compute cluster but how many have been added to an entire datacenter.

Thanks!

The creation date of a vm is not a metric that is being collected by vROPS according to the documentation; VMware Documentation Library

It's possible to show the vROPS creation date of a object. This displays the date the object is created in vROPS. Although not the creation date of the vm in vSphere it could be a metric you could use instead.

A blog post on how to do this can be found here; vROPS 6 – How to view latest Virtual Machines created in vCenter | VMignite.com

There are metrics for total VMs and total running VMs at the datacenter and vCenter level.  Comparing the total VMs over time can give you and idea of how many were added, of course it will also decrease if VMs are deleted.  If you want to see only new/created VMs there isn't a metric for that.
